    "body": "Headlines flatten this into one trend. The data shows two: in Brazil and Türkiye, dense ATM networks were built first and instant rails are now taking transaction share from them — replacement. In Kenya and Nigeria the ATM era was largely skipped: density never reached a tenth of Brazil's, and mobile rails became the first financial infrastructure most adults touched — leapfrog. A fintech playbook built for one pattern usually fails in the other. This page shows same-year density levels from one source; multi-year trends per country live in the underlying graph series.",
